Order automation in an industrial company

Context: Orders were imported and processed in large volumes with a high manual share, and correspondingly prone to errors.
My role: Senior software developer, responsible for rebuilding the pipeline
Implementation: Rebuilt the entire order processing as an automated end-to-end pipeline with SAP integration via REST, validation and monitoring.
Outcome: Over 92% fewer processing errors with more than 4,000 records per day.

Enterprise ERP · Freight forwarding platform (PWA)

2026

Context: An international freight forwarder needed its website, client portal and entire forwarding operation in one system instead of scattered tools.
My role: Concept, architecture and development
Implementation: An installable, multilingual PWA (Sorani, Arabic, Persian, English, incl. RTL) with a public website, client portal and complete forwarding ERP: quotes, shipment tracking, freight and customs documents, invoices with payments, reports, and role and permission management.
Technical details: Security: Argon2, 2FA (TOTP), nonce-based CSP, rate limiting, AES-GCM encryption, audit log
Operations: automatic backups, Vercel Cron and Blob, email routing and Turnstile via Cloudflare
Technical SEO and AEO: structured data, hreflang, llms.txt
Outcome: One central system for sales, operations and billing, live at pr-logistics.net.

2021

Context: A ride-hailing platform with very high user volume needs sign-in and sessions that stay secure and stable under load.
My role: Freelance developer, responsible for the complete authentication system as a sub-project
Implementation: Developed the complete authentication system including all tests: session management, security flows and scaling for high load.
Outcome: A fully tested authentication system in high-load production use.

Context: A financial trading platform needed internal tools for transactions, permissions and reporting.
My role: Concept and development of the admin and staff dashboards
Implementation: Admin and staff dashboards with role-based access control, transaction management and real-time reporting via a REST API.
Outcome: An administration interface in production use with clearly separated roles.

Context: Kurdish businesses and professionals are hard to find online, and Kurdish lacks language resources and software.
My role: Founder and full-stack developer, from the database to the store submission
Implementation: A multilingual platform (German, English, Kurmanji, Sorani with RTL) with a business directory, booking, subscriptions and a Kurdish dictionary of 273,000 words from 19 sources.
Technical details: Subscriptions and in-app purchases via RevenueCat for iOS and Android
Dictionary with 273,000 entries from 19 sources, processed with Python
Self-run infrastructure: Docker on Hetzner, CI/CD with GitHub Actions and EAS, monitoring with Sentry
Outcome: Live on the App Store, Google Play and the web.

Context: Projects, quotes, invoices and client communication should run in one place.
My role: Concept, architecture and development
Implementation: This website with a client portal: OAuth and email verification, roles, quotes with acceptance, invoices, tickets, files, milestones and an approval workflow for the CV.
Technical details: Security: bcrypt, per-route rate limiting, Content Security Policy, brute-force protection on code verification
Technical SEO and AEO: structured data generated from page content, llms.txt
Outcome: The entire project workflow with clients runs through the portal.
